PlanReview Autopilot is an AI-assisted productivity tool that helps users extract, organize, and track plan review comments. The Service includes document processing, comment extraction, response tracking, and document generation features.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of PlanReview, you agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
Review and verify all AI-generated content before submission to jurisdictions
Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models from the Service

4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:

The PlanReview Autopilot software, including all source code, algorithms, AI models, user interfaces, designs, workflows, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Rogue Builders Group LLC.
This software is protected by United States and international copyright, trade secret, patent, and trademark laws.
You may NOT: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of any part of this Service.
You may NOT: use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract content, designs, or functionality from this Service.
You may NOT: create competing products based on features, workflows, or concepts learned from this Service.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and legal action.

5. AI-Assisted Tool Disclaimer

Important: PlanReview is an AI-assisted productivity tool. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content before submission to any jurisdiction or third party. PlanReview does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated extractions or responses.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions:

Are billed monthly or annually in advance
Automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
May be subject to price changes with 30 days notice
No refunds for partial billing periods

7. Free Plan

The free plan includes limited functionality (1 project, 1 vertical). Free plans may be subject to usage limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Upgrading to a paid plan provides full access to all features within your plan tier.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PlanReview. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your documents or generated responses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanReview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, including any attempt to copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end, and we may delete your data according to our retention policies.

11. Enforcement & Remedies

Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of this Service may result in civil and criminal penalties. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, statutory damages under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and recovery of attorney fees.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
