PlanReview is an AI-assisted productivity tool that helps users extract, organize, and track plan review comments. The Service includes document processing, comment extraction, response tracking, and document generation features.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of PlanReview, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
- Review and verify all AI-generated content before submission to jurisdictions
4. AI-Assisted Tool Disclaimer
Important: PlanReview is an AI-assisted productivity tool. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content before submission to any jurisdiction or third party. PlanReview does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated extractions or responses.
5. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions:
- Are billed monthly in advance
- Automatically renew unless cancelled
- Can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- May be subject to price changes with 30 days notice
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to PlanReview. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your documents or generated responses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanReview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
